Freight Broker

As a Sales Executive at S&S Brokerage Inc., you will be part of our dynamic and rapidly growing logistics and transportation company based in the USA. We are dedicated to delivering tailored, reliable, and efficient freight solutions across the United States. Your role will involve working in the Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST), catering to US shift timings and contributing to the growth of our logistics services. Your primary responsibilities will include generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. You will be tasked with conducting market research, making proactive cold calls to prospective clients across the USA, selling our logistics services to meet customer transportation needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through customer retention and growth efforts. To excel in this role, you must be a graduate in any discipline with 1 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in international sales or account management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven track record in international sales, particularly in the logistics or transportation industry. You should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and focused on providing exceptional customer service.
