Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi NCR for a Freight Broker. The primary responsibilities include coordinating freight brokerage operations, managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, and performing dispatching activities. The Freight Broker will act as a key liaison between shippers and transportation providers to ensure efficient processes and reliable service. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to build relationships and achieve optimal results for all parties involved. Qualifications Experience in Freight Brokerage and general Brokerage operations Proficiency in Customer Service and Dispatching Skills in Account Management and maintaining strong business relationships Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Proven ability to identify opportunities and improve logistics processes Familiarity with logistics software is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
