As a Freight Broker, your responsibilities will include coordinating and managing freight shipments to ensure timely delivery, negotiating contracts and rates with carriers to optimize costs, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers, providing exceptional customer service, and preparing, reviewing, and managing shipping documentation. We are looking for individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to think on their feet. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and has basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
