We are Hiring experienced freight brokers already working or left from previous US/Canada logistics sales process Position available Freight Broker Years of experience - Min 1 Year Location # Mohali,Phase 8B, Sector 74 Shift : US Shift(5:30 pm to 2:30 am), 5 days working Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off Good Employee Benefits and incentives Experienced US Logistics Interested/ Relevant Applicants can send CV -Email :-hrd@freshxpress.co/7626819478 Job Responsibilities Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure competitive pricing for clients Schedule and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods Track shipments to monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery Resolve any issues that may arise during transit, including delays, damages, and other unforeseen events · Generating leads and attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline. · Identifying and selecting reputable and safe carriers for freight services. · Providing customers with shipping quotes. · Booking orders with carriers. · Assisting to prepare carriers for loads. · Tracking status of loads. · Collaborating with shippers, carriers and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs. · Keeping accurate records of relevant activities. · Updating customers on the status of shipments, and assisting with other inquiries.
