Job Description

Role : Freight Broker

Location : Mohali

Shift Timing : 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM

About the Role:

international sales or US/international voice processes

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through outbound calls & lead development
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Negotiate freight rates with carriers and shippers
Manage documentation and resolve operational issues

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months in US/International voice process (sales/logistics exp. preferred)
Excellent English communication & negotiation skills
Comfortable working night shifts (aligned with US hours)
Knowledge of US geography/logistics terms is an advantage
