Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for coordinating and managing freight movements, negotiating with carriers, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments. The day-to-day tasks include dispatching drivers, providing customer service, managing accounts, and handling brokerage operations. The role requires effective communication with clients and carriers to build long-term partnerships and ensure efficient logistics operations.

• Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills
• Customer Service and Account Management skills
• Dispatching skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is preferred
