Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for coordinating and managing freight movements, negotiating with carriers, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments. The day-to-day tasks include dispatching drivers, providing customer service, managing accounts, and handling brokerage operations. The role requires effective communication with clients and carriers to build long-term partnerships and ensure efficient logistics operations. Qualifications Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills Customer Service and Account Management skills Dispatching skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is preferred
