Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Freelance role located in Mumbai. The role involves driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities for life insurance solutions. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, maintaining strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance. The freelancer will focus on achieving sales targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and actively contributing to customer retention efforts. Collaboration and adaptability are key to succeeding in this role.

Qualifications

• Sales and Communication Skills: Strong persuasive communication skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to meet sales targets.
• Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with life insurance products, policy structures, and regulatory compliance.
• Organizational Competence: Time management, multitasking, and ability to work effectively under deadlines.
• Team Collaboration and Adaptability: Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapting to dynamic business needs.
• Additional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
