Position Summary

Freelance Student Recruiters


Key Responsibilities

  • Student Recruitment:

    Proactively identify and recruit students aspiring to study in Italy/Germany under scholarship or tuition-free schemes.
  • Network Leverage:

    Utilize existing Tier 1-3 relationships and establish new partnerships with top educational consultancies, immigration agencies, and student networks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    Collaborate closely with schools, universities, and influencers to endorse ApplyAZ services and drive student enrollment.
  • Advisory & Guidance:

    Educate prospective students and partners on ApplyAZ’s offerings, processes, and benefits, ensuring alignment with their educational goals.
  • Performance Targets:

    Consistently meet or exceed monthly recruitment objectives, demonstrating a high level of initiative and accountability.
  • Reporting & Analytics:

    Maintain detailed records of leads, enrollments, and activities, providing weekly updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
  • Integrity & Compliance:

    Uphold the highest standards of honesty and transparency in all interactions, adhering to ApplyAZ’s ethical and professional guidelines.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Established Industry Connections:

    Minimum 3 years in study abroad recruitment, with proven relationships in Tier 1-3 educational consultancies and immigration agencies.
  • Proven Success Record:

    Demonstrable achievements in meeting or exceeding recruitment targets within the Indian education sector.
  • Excellent Communication:

    Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and effectively convey key information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Networking Proficiency:

    Adept at cultivating new partnerships with agencies, schools, and education influencers.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset:

    History of delivering measurable outcomes in sales, business development, or student placement.
  • Self-Motivation:

    Ability to work independently in a freelance capacity while maintaining professional standards and meeting deadlines.
