Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Freelance Data Specialist to support a system migration project focused on improving data quality and ensuring a seamless transition.

This is a key short-term role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in collaborative environments and can take ownership of data conversion, validation, and integration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data conversion and maintenance activities in preparation for a system mock load.
• Extract, review, and manually enter data from engineering or technical documents into spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with the data team to map and correlate multiple data sets for integration and consistency.
• Identify and correct inconsistencies in master data to improve overall data quality and integrity.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data readiness for migration.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as:
• Quality Management (QM)
• Production Planning (PP)
• Materials Management (MM)
• Solid understanding of data conversion, data mapping, and master data maintenance.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate results.
• Proven capability to handle time-sensitive project work and meet deadlines.
