Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and driven Freelance Sales Consultants from across the globe to join our team in promoting and selling IT networking products and related services. As a freelance consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and maturing leads, fostering long-term client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Maturation: Identify and nurture high-potential leads for IT networking products and services, ensuring alignment with Radiant’s solution offerings.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT infrastructure needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with Radiant’s technical and sales teams to develop compelling proposals and close deals.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in IT networking to identify new collaboration prospects.

Compensation Structure
Profit-Sharing Model: Earn a competitive share of the profits for each successfully matured lead and closed project. The profit share will be determined based on the project’s scope and value, ensuring rewarding returns for your efforts.
