This is for a Freelance Recruiter at BRIKitt located in Lucknow. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Sourcing, and Interviewing skills
• Experience in coordinating with hiring managers
• Knowledge of job fair organization
• Proficiency in maintaining applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
