Key Responsibilities:

* Source and identify potential candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.

* Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements.

* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

* Support the onboarding process for selected candidates.

* Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate records, and reports.

* Assist the recruitment department with day-to-day hiring operations and follow-ups.

Qualification & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in overseas or technical domains).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary:

As per industry standards.
