Role Overview:

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to fill roles within the healthcare, finance, logistics, legal,, and construction industries. This remote position offers flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA or Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and screenings to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to presenting candidates and facilitating the interview and offer process.
• Collaborate with the client and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, focusing on healthcare, legal finance, logistics, or construction industries.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Own tools and resources for effective sourcing and recruitment.
• Must be able to work in USA and Canada time zones.
• Must have own portal and sourcing tools and resources to support the role.
