Role Description

Freelance SAP Service-to-Cash (S2C) Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Service-to-Cash implementations covering service orders, service execution, billing, and revenue recognition
• Design and configure service-based Order-to-Cash processes in SAP S/4HANA or ECC
• Configure service orders, service contracts, pricing, billing, and credit management
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI/CO, Service Management, and CX/CRM systems
• Support integrations with external systems such as CRM platforms, tax engines, and payment gateways
• Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and present solution designs
• Review functional specifications, support testing activities, and ensure solution quality
• Mentor junior consultants and review project deliverables

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of SAP functional experience with strong focus on Service-to-Cash
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S2C processes
• Strong configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC for service orders, billing, and revenue recognition
• Solid understanding of SAP FI/CO integration for service-based scenarios
• Experience supporting SAP and non-SAP system integrations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a freelance or contract role
