Role Description We are looking for a freelance Business Analyst who brings deep expertise in data analysis, validation, and documentation. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams, with a strong focus on working directly with data to support decision-making and solution design. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data-driven projects Perform detailed data analysis and validation using SQL Create and maintain data mapping, data flow diagrams, and process documentation Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business and technical alignment Identify data quality issues and support data cleansing initiatives Assist in creating user stories, test cases, and UAT coordination Communicate findings and insights clearly through reports and dashboards Required Skills: Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong hands-on data analysis skills Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation Experience in documenting business and technical requirements Ability to create clear, structured documentation (BRDs, FRDs, data dictionaries) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization is a plus Show more Show less
