Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Freelance Marketplace Manager. The Freelance Marketplace Manager will oversee daily operations on freelance platforms, develop strategies for marketplace growth, manage relationships with freelancers and clients, and analyze marketplace performance data. Responsibilities also include ensuring smooth transactions, resolving disputes, and implementing best practices for marketplace optimization.

• Experience in managing freelance marketplaces and developing growth strategies
• Strong relational and communication skills for managing freelancer and client relationships
• Proficiency in data analysis for marketplace performance
• Knowledge of transaction management and conflict resolution
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Noida full-time
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the software development or digital marketing industry is a plus
