Role Description

This is a full-time remote Freelance Lawyer position specializing in property disputes within Hathras. The primary responsibilities include providing legal support and advice on property dispute cases, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in negotiations, mediations, or court proceedings, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The candidate will work closely with clients to resolve disputes effectively and provide valuable legal insights.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Property Law and Dispute Resolution, with a strong understanding of the legal frameworks and litigation procedures in property-related matters.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Review, Drafting, and Preparing Case Files to ensure accurate and thorough documentation for clients.
• Exceptional client communication and negotiation skills to provide clear advice, build trust, and represent clients in mediations or legal disputes.
• Strong analytical and research skills to assess cases, interpret laws, and provide reliable legal insights.
• Proven experience in addressing property disputes in Hathras or Uttar Pradesh, and familiarity with local legal practices is an advantage.
• Law degree and state bar membership.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in using modern legal technology tools for case management is a plus.
