Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Figma Designer. The Figma Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric and visually engaging interface designs. Responsibilities include designing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile platforms. The designer will iterate on feedback, maintain design consistency, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines to deliver a cohesive user experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and human-centered design practices
• Ability to conduct user research, gather feedback, and integrate insights into design improvements
• Experience with design systems, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Collaboration skills to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including developers and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and time-management skills to meet project deadlines
• Proficiency in additional design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• Experience in designing for web and mobile applications
• Previous work in a technology, legal, or related sector is advantageous
