  • Developing and Implementing HR Policies:Creating, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and comply with legal requirements.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations:Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance to both employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Performance Management:Developing and implementing performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and support employee growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
