Freelance HR Manager

STOQ (stoqapp.com) is one of Shopify's top 25 apps, used by 18,000+ merchants across the world to recover lost revenue from stockouts. We're fully bootstrapped and remote. 

We move fast, keep things scrappy, and want to work with a lot of talented freelancers and contractors going forward. We're looking for someone who can help us build this talent engine and keep all the processes across different roles running smoothly, while ensuring that candidates have a great experience with us. 

This isn’t a “post jobs and forward resumes” role. We already have a junior teammate who can manage the pipeline.

What we need is someone who can:

1. Go out and find the right people for the role we describe (mainly freelancers/contractors, interns but could be FT too)

2. Keep the pipeline alive (no candidate left hanging and no process stalling)

3. Handle the people ops (contracts, invoices, onboarding, emails, coordination, etc. )

4. Do it all with speed and ownership, not endless handholding
