Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic Freelance Guest Coordinators to join our Podcast Team. The role involves identifying, contacting, and persuading top business leaders, entrepreneurs, celebrities, and influencers to appear on our podcast shows with Dr. Vivek Bindra.

You will be the bridge between Bada Business and the guest, managing communication, scheduling, and ensuring a smooth guest experience from first contact to recording day.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Outreach & Networking

Leverage your existing network and industry connects to bring high-profile guests (business leaders, entrepreneurs, celebrities, influencers).

Pitch the value of appearing on Bada Business Podcast & 20-20 Talks.

End-to-End Guest Management

Coordinate with guests/assistants/PR teams for availability, schedules, and travel.

Ensure pre-show briefing and share required details about the format.

Manage logistics for studio visits (arrival, hospitality, and departure).

Guest Persuasion & Relationship Building

Persuade and build long-term relationships with guests for repeat collaborations.

Act as the face of Bada Business for celebrity/business guest interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

3–7 years of proven experience in guest coordination, PR, talent management, influencer marketing, or event management.

Strong networking skills with established contacts in business, Bollywood, sports, or public life.

Excellent communication & persuasion skills (Hindi + English).

Ability to handle high-profile personalities with professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy.

Self-driven, resourceful, and target-oriented.

Familiarity with podcasts, media interviews, or digital content production is a plus.
