We're Hiring: Senior Graphic Designer

📍 Remote | 🕒 Full-time

Seven Slabs is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into impactful visuals that stop the scroll and spark conversations. If you're someone who blends creativity with strategy and knows how to make brands stand out through design, this role is for you.

You’ll be working with a collaborative team on exciting campaigns across industries. This is a remote position with flexible hours, so all you need is your talent, your tools, and the hunger to create great work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, including branding, digital campaigns, and social media creatives

* Collaborate with content, strategy, and development teams to bring integrated campaigns to life

* Guide and mentor junior designers, providing direction and actionable feedback

* Turn briefs into clean, engaging, and purposeful design

* Ensure every piece of design meets brand guidelines and reflects quality

* Stay updated on design trends and industry tools to keep our creative output fresh and effective

What We’re Looking For:

* 2 to 4 years of experience in a creative or design role, preferably at an agency

* A portfolio that shows range, originality, and an understanding of branding and marketing

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma or After Effects is a plus

* A strong sense of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on deadline

Nice to Have:

* Experience with motion graphics, UI/UX design, or web layouts

* A passion for storytelling through visual mediums
