As a Consultant - Finance Analyst (Supply Chain) at Flexing It, you will be a key player in driving gross margin improvement initiatives within the Personal Care Business Group. Your role will involve managing the savings funnel, ensuring robust financial governance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate and execute cost optimization projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and maintain the savings funnel for the Personal Care Business Group. - Track cost-saving initiatives across Procurement and R&D, ensuring financial validation and alignment with gross margin improvement targets. - Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks, and proactively flag issues impacting savings realization. - Partner closely with Procurement and R&D teams to evaluate cost-efficiency projects and support decision-making through financial insights. - Develop financial models and conduct scenario analysis for proposed initiatives. - Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of project outcomes. - Prepare monthly dashboards and conduct variance analysis to assess savings delivery performance. - Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes by integrating updated savings funnel inputs. - Present actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership team to support data-driven decision-making. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools. - Solid understanding of supply chain cost structures and key business drivers. - Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities. - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Effective communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior leadership. - Exposure to FMCG or manufacturing environments will be an advantage.,
