About the Role

SoulEra is looking for a freelance content writer with hands-on experience in scriptwriting for digital platforms. The ideal candidate knows how to translate ideas into engaging narratives across short-form and long-form formats, with a sharp understanding of pacing, hooks, and platform behavior.

This role is perfect for someone who can think in visuals, write conversationally, and create content that feels fresh, relevant, and scroll-stopping.

Key Responsibilities

• Write scripts for YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, and other digital formats
• Develop hooks, narrative flow, and storyboards aligned with brand objectives
• Support long-form writing when required (voiceover scripts, articles, campaign copy)
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams from concept to execution
• Conduct light research to ensure accuracy, cultural nuance, and relevance
• Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all SoulEra content touchpoints

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in content writing, specifically digital/scriptwriting
• Strong command over Hindi and English (written + spoken)
• Prior work for YouTube, Instagram, or creator-led content
• Ability to write tight hooks, conversational copy, and platform-native scripts
• Comfortable working with feedback and creative direction
• Must be based in Surat or available locally as needed

Nice to Have

• Experience with branded storytelling or creator collaborations
• Awareness of social media trends, formats, and audience behavior
• Familiarity with basic production/editing workflows (not required)

Contract & Availability

• Freelance/contractual engagement
• Project-based compensation (negotiable)
• Expected to be available 1–2 days in-office per week — flexible
• Immediate start preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
