About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Field Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on sales experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, and growing territory revenue. This role is field-based and requires regular travel to meet clients, close deals, and promote our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and lead follow-ups
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s offerings and industry trends
• Regularly update CRM with customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales service and client satisfaction
• Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or direct sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with a customer-first attitude
• Proficient in using mobile apps or CRM tools for reporting and tracking
• Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
