Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and result-driven Fundraising Manager to lead and coordinate all fundraising activities for Janani Organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing funding strategies, building donor relationships, and ensuring financial sustainability for our ongoing and future community projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement creative fundraising campaigns, events, and donor programs. Build and maintain relationships with corporate sponsors, individual donors, and grant agencies. Prepare proposals and presentations for CSR and philanthropic funding opportunities. Manage donor communications, appreciation, and reporting. Collaborate with the operations and communications teams to promote fundraising initiatives. Identify new sources of funding, including online crowdfunding, partnerships, and grants. Monitor fundraising targets, budgets, and outcomes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or NGO management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of CSR funding and NGO donor management is a plus. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about social impact.
