Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Business Development Executive specializing in HR consulting. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, driving new business development, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong business relationships. Candidates will work independently to identify business opportunities and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's market presence.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Understanding of Business and Account Management principles
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in HR consulting or a related field is advantageous
