Freelance Opportunity: Business Development Consultant Recruitment (IT / Non-IT / Healthcare) | Remote/ HYBRID
Are you a driven sales professional with a flair for client acquisition in the recruitment/staffing industry? Convate Consultancy is looking for freelance Business Development experts to help us grow our client base across IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, Aviation, BFSI, and more with a primary focus on the Middle East market.
Role: Freelance Business Development Consultant
Industry Focus: Recruitment & Staffing (IT / Healthcare / Aviation / Education / Telecom / BFSI)
Location: 100% Remote | Work from Anywhere | If required will need to travel to client locations for meeting
Engagement Type: Freelance / Commission-based / Revenue Share
Experience: 3+ years in B2B Sales or Business Development in recruitment/staffing)
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and outsourcing services (Middle East focus)
Generate leads via online platforms, networking, and outbound strategies
Conduct virtual meetings to pitch services and close deals
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and marketing collaterals
Track market trends and competitor movements
Contribute to strategic planning and revenue growth
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record in business development or client acquisition
Experience in recruitment/staffing industry is a big plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
Comfortable working on a performance-based/commission model
