Job Description

Candidates must have 3-4 years experience in channel sales or B2B Sales Key Responsibilities: Operational Support: Assist franchisees in setting up and running their businesses efficiently. Provide guidance on standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure compliance with company policies and franchise agreements. Training & Development: Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new franchisees. Provide ongoing training on new products, services, or systems. Develop learning materials and workshops to enhance franchisee skills. Business Performance Monitoring: Track franchisee performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify challenges and provide solutions to improve profitability. Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure quality standards. Marketing & Brand Compliance: Assist in local marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Ensure franchisees adhere to brand guidelines and messaging. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility. Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Address franchisee concerns and challenges proactively. Mediate disputes between franchisees and the franchisor if needed. Provide constructive feedback and support to resolve issues. Expansion & Growth: Support the franchisor in identifying potential franchisees. Assist in site selection and feasibility analysis for new locations. Help implement growth strategies to expand the franchise network. Financial Oversight: Guide franchisees in budgeting and financial planning. Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics. Offer insights to improve cost-efficiency and maximize profits. Key Skills Required: Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of franchise operations and management. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to analyze business performance metrics. Training and coaching experience. Customer service and relationship management skills.
