About the Role:

Franchise Development Instructor

As an instructor, you will deliver content-rich, interactive classes onsite in Noida and prepare students for the real-world franchise ecosystem in India and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  engaging and structured classroom sessions

  based on our 40-lecture curriculum.
• Facilitate hands-on activities including

  interactive simulations, logic-based exercises, group work

  , and

  real-world case studies

  .
• Guide students in building their own franchise business plans and investor pitch decks.
• Evaluate quizzes, assignments, logic puzzles, and capstone projects.
• Share insights from diverse sectors (food, cosmetics, retail, consulting, IT, etc.).
• Maintain high classroom energy, discipline, and student engagement throughout.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum

  1 years of experience

  in

  franchising, business consulting, entrepreneurship, operations, or marketing

• Strong knowledge of franchise models, financial planning, compliance, and business development. (✔️ Required)
• Prior experience in

  teaching, mentoring, or corporate training

• Excellent

  verbal communication

• Ability to simplify complex ideas and make sessions

• Experience with
