Franchise Sales Manager

Location: Madhya Pradesh, Gujrat, Maharashtra, Delhi NCR

Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential franchise partners
• Present the school’s business model, brand value, and franchise opportunities
• Drive end-to-end franchise acquisition – from lead generation to agreement closure
• Build long-term relationships with franchisees to support their growth
• Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in franchise sales,

  Only and Only from Education Sector.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and enthusiastic about growth
• Willingness to travel as needed
