As a Franchise Manager at Deep Ayurveda Healthcare Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth and success of the franchise network in Punjab & Haryana. You will play a crucial role in developing new franchise partnerships and ensuring the operational excellence of existing stores and clinics. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Franchise Development:** Identify and pursue potential franchise leads, present the Deep Ayurveda franchise model, and negotiate terms to secure new franchise partners. - **Project Management:** Oversee the setup and launch of new Exclusive Stores and Clinics, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and timely opening. - **Relationship Management:** Build strong relationships with franchisees, providing guidance on operations, staff training, and brand compliance to maintain high standards. - **Business Growth Support:** Develop local marketing strategies and assist franchisees in implementing promotional activities to drive customer engagement and clinic/store success. - **Performance Monitoring:** Regularly review franchise performance metrics, conducting audits to ensure adherence to brand and quality standards, and offering support to resolve operational challenges. To excel in this role, you should have: - **Education:** MBA in Sales & Marketing. - **Experience:** 5 years of proven experience in franchise development and management, preferably within the wellness, healthcare, or retail sectors. - **Skills:** Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail. - **Industry Knowledge:** Familiarity with Ayurveda or the wellness industry is highly preferred.
