Franchise Manager

• Managing Existing Centers

  :
• Ensure smooth operations and process adherence.
• Assist in execution and refinement of marketing plans.
• Conduct regular training for franchise staff.
• Ensure timely supply and management of materials and ERP usage.
• Provide continuous support and handholding to franchisees.
• Monitor and guide on P&L, revenue targets, and ROI performance.

• Finding New Centers

  :
• Identify potential locations and partners for franchise expansion.
• Participate in franchise onboarding and setup.

• Travelling to Franchise Centers

  :
• Visit franchise centers for audits, training, marketing activities, and operational support.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate (any discipline)
• Postgraduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Operations preferred

Work Experience and Skills Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in franchise management or business operations
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multitask
• Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented
