Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective students to inform them about our programs, seminars, and webinars. Address student queries related to exam preparation, course structure, and institute facilities. Persuade students and parents to visit the institute for counseling sessions and program demonstrations. Effectively follow up with leads to convert them into walk-ins or attendees for events. Promote upcoming seminars and webinars to prospective students and encourage registration. Share event details and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize attendance. Maintain and update the database of prospective students. Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activities, responses, and outcomes.
