We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our franchising and institutional business expansion. We have already onboarded multiple franchisees, and now we’re ready to scale further.

About the Role

• Understand our franchise models and drive expansion.

• Work across our existing footprint in

  Bahrain and Dubai

  .

• Lead growth for our

  two digital licensing formats

  and the

  physical franchise model

  for Tier 1/2 cities in India.

Who We're Looking For:

• 4–7 years of experience

  (however, candidates with lesser experience can still be considered if they have strong relevant skills).

• Proven experience in managing and scaling franchise businesses.

• Strong in

  sales communication

  ,

  relationship building

  , and

  negotiation

  .

• Ability to understand digital product architecture and explain value propositions clearly.

Institutional Business:

• Driving Corporate wellness.

• We have a set architecture, you'll be trained on this.

Skills Required:

  ) to generate buzz and for lead pipeline creation
• Knowledge of various

  franchise lead-generation channels and bodies.
