Identify and evaluate new franchise opportunities and prospective partners.
Develop and execute franchise acquisition strategies aligned with company expansion goals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of franchise leads through various channels (online, offline, referrals, events, etc.).
Conduct presentations and meetings with potential franchisees to showcase the OneHealthAssist business model and value proposition.
Drive the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, training, and operational handover.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with franchise agreements and policies.
Monitor performance of existing franchise partners and provide ongoing support to ensure success and retention.
Represent the company at franchise expos, trade shows, and networking events.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3-6 years of experience in franchise development, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, retail, or wellness sectors.
Proven track record in franchise sales, territory development, and channel management.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel as needed for business development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of legal and operational aspects of franchising is a plus.
