Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Coordinator located in Gurugram. The Franchise Coordinator will be responsible for managing franchise sales, handling franchise agreements, and coordinating with franchisees. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing franchise performance, ensuring compliance with franchise standards, and maintaining clear communication with franchisees to address their needs and concerns promptly. The coordinator will also support the development and implementation of franchising strategies to expand the business.

Qualifications

• Skills in Franchise Sales and Franchising
• Experience with Franchise Agreements and strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Relevant experience in the franchise industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
