As a Franchise Coordinator based in Gurugram, you will assume a pivotal role on a full-time, on-site basis. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around overseeing franchise sales, managing franchise agreements, and liaising with franchisees. Your daily tasks will involve evaluating franchise performance, ensuring adherence to franchise standards, and maintaining transparent communication channels with franchisees to promptly address their requirements and issues. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting the formulation and execution of franchising strategies aimed at enhancing business expansion. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Franchise Sales and Franchising, along with a sound understanding of Franchise Agreements and robust Analytical Skills. Exceptional Communication skills are essential for effective interaction with stakeholders. Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and juggle multiple projects concurrently will be advantageous. Prior experience in the franchise industry would be beneficial, although not mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
