Job Description

Develop and implement franchising and expansion strategies
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with franchisees, partners, and stakeholders
Manage the franchise recruitment and onboarding process
Provide training and support to franchisees
Monitor and report on franchise performance and compliance
Identify and mitigate risks associated with franchising and expansion.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for franchisees.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Skill development, K12 School franchising, expansion, or business development
Proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue through franchising and partnerships
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and drive decision-making
Experience in the education or training industry preferred
Knowledge of franchising regulations and laws.

Nice to Have:

Experience with franchise management software and tools
Familiarity with skill development programs and curriculum design
Experience in a similar industry or sector.
