You are being hired by a TOP MNC for the role of FPNA- Financial Planning and Analysis based in Bengaluru. It is essential for you to be flexible to work in US Shift (Night Shift) and be prepared for Face to Face interviews. Please note that you will be required to work from the office all 5 days of the week. **Key Responsibilities:** - Must have 4+ years of experience in FPNA with a salary range of 6.5LPA - 8.5LPA as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - For candidates with 6+ years to 8 years of experience, the role is of a Sr Analyst (Team Lead) with a salary range of 6LPA- 12LPA, and they must possess people management experience. - Candidates with 8-12 years of experience will be considered for the position of Ops Specialist (Assistant Manager) with a salary range of 9LPA - 17 LPA, and they must have people management experience. - Experience of 11-15 years is required for the role of Associate Manager with a salary range of 14-26 LPA, along with people management experience. - The notice period allowed is up to 60 Days. - Qualifications required include being a Commerce Graduate and postgraduate. **Qualifications Required:** - Commerce Graduate and postgraduate **Skills Required:** - 6+ years to 15 years of experience in FPNA-Financial Planning and Analysis. - Proficiency in Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Planning, Variance Analysis, Trend Analysis, Financial Reporting, etc. - Strong people management skills are a must.
