You are being recruited by a TOP MNC for the position of FPNA (Financial Planning and Analysis) in Bengaluru. As part of this role, you will be required to work in flexible shifts encompassing both UK and US timings. The interview process will be conducted face to face. Please note that you should be prepared to work from the office for all 5 working days. **Key Responsibilities:** - Possessing 6+ years to 15 years of experience in FPNA-Financial Planning and Analysis. - Proficiency in Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Planning, Variance Analysis, Trend Analysis, Financial Reporting, etc. - Demonstrating strong people management skills. **Qualifications Required:** - A Commerce Graduate and postgraduate degree. This opportunity comes with varying years of experience and salary packages: - For 6+ Years to 8 Years experience, the role entails a Senior Analyst (Team Lead) position with a salary range of 6LPA to 12LPA, where people management experience is a must. - For 8-12 Years of experience, the position is Ops Specialist (Assistant Manager) with a salary range of 9LPA to 17LPA, again requiring people management experience. - For 11-15 Years of experience, the role is Associate Manager with a salary bracket of 14LPA to 26LPA, and people management experience is essential. The notice period for this role ranges from immediate to a maximum of 30 days.
