FP&A Manager

As an FP&A Manager at our company, you will be responsible for independently managing budget and forecasting activities. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Financial planning & analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting - Conducting monthly reporting and variance analysis - Coordinating and consolidating Budgets and Forecasts - Preparation of Group reporting dedicated to Expleo stakeholders - Providing support in assigned business units The qualifications required for this role include: - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) Essential Skills: - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 8 to 10 years of experience in FP&A function with IT / ITES MNCs - Experience in Hyperion Reporting (HFM) - Expertise in Power BI would be a plus - Excellent written & verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic working environment - Collaboration with cross-functional teams & working in a matrix reporting structure - Willingness to work in European shift (12 PM to 9 PM IST),
