Position Overview

qualified Chartered Accountant (female candidates preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Prepare and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans for business units.
  
• Conduct variance analysis between actuals and forecasts and provide actionable insights.
  

• Management Reporting

• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and investors.
  
• Analyze financial trends, KPIs, and highlight business risks and opportunities.
  

• Business Partnering

• Collaborate with operations, sales, and project teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
  
• Support cross-functional teams with cost analysis, pricing strategies, and profitability studies.
  

• Financial Modeling

• Develop and maintain financial models for new projects, fund-raising, and investment decisions.
  
• Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate project viability.
  

• Cost Control & Analysis

• Monitor project-wise costs and ensure alignment with budgets.
  
• Provide recommendations for cost optimization across departments.
  

• Compliance & Audit Support

• Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with accounting standards and internal policies.
  
• Support internal and external audit requirements related to FP&A activities.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

• 10-15 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles (Real Estate / Hospitality sector preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of

  financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis.

• Proficiency in

  Excel, financial reporting tools, and presentation skills (PowerPoint).

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• High level of integrity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Candidate

• Female candidates with strong analytical and business acumen.
  
• Prior exposure to

  real estate, construction, or hospitality industries

  is an advantage.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic and evolving business needs.
