About the Role!

Global Finance FP&A team is looking for an FP&A Supply Chain Analyst to join this best-in-class team of professionals. In this role, you will support the FP&A and supply chain finance as it relates to Supply chain growth initiative projects and Restructuring cost.

• You will be responsible for working with FP&A Manager (IT and capex) for all reporting and analytics; help coordinate with respective supply chain and supply chain finance partners to ensure growth initiative projects (capex) is timely recognized and the consequent reports are prepared, submitted, and aligned with stakeholders.
• You will function as business partner with key executives within the business including managing all the activities for supply chain-related growth initiative projects (CAPEX) planning throughout the various phases of each project (introduction, learning phase, pre-project phase and approval phase.)
• Preparation of reporting packs for executives, adding insightful analysis as required.
• Capacity to work with cross-functional organizations and work as contact between stakeholders.
• Support FP&A Manager (IT and Capex) and assist with managing capital authorization requests (CAR) and liaise with plant teams/Global Engineering Director.
• Support in deliver greater insight & simplify/standardize processes for supply chain growth initiative projects.
• Additionally, support the month-end close activities and work alongside the FP&A team to ensure month end performance are thoroughly reviewed, accruals/prepayments booked accurately, and ledger is closed in timely manner.
• Ad hoc support across the team as and when required on overheads and Restructuring cost analysis.

For the role of FP&A Supply chain analyst, we are looking for an experienced business partner with strong analytical skills. In this role, you will manage large sets of data, which require a certain ability to convey financial information simply and coherently. Also, excellent Excel skills are a pre-requisite for this role. Preferably with prior experience using BPC/BW/Power BI.

To be successful in this position, we are looking for a candidate with 5 years of experience in Supply chain preferably with FP&A working knowledge, with either prior experience as plant controller, full P&L responsibility or with a focus on costing. Preferable prior experience with -

• Manufacturing/Plant Accounting
• Product costing
• Supply chain overheads
• Supporting Supply chain improvement Projects and value creation plans
• Development of financial models to support continuous improvement of the factory performance.
• Supporting capital investments proposals as needed.
• Working in supply chain finance teams.

Skills required:

• Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
• Over 5 years of experience in financial, operational, and business partnering roles.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure.
• Experience of working in cross functional teams within a matrix environment desirable
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Flexible and open minded, quick to adapt to changing requirements.
• Effective communication and report writing skills Requirement to possess fluent spoken and written English ability.
• Strong work ethic, resilience in the face of pressure, good team-player, ability to meet multiple stretching deadlines.
• Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills
• PowerPoint capability
