We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Group Financial Planning & Analysis function. This role is pivotal in driving the Groups financial strategy, ensuring robust planning, insightful analysis, and system- driven control across diverse businesses. . Reporting to: Group CFO . Location: Mumbai (Bandra West) . Industry Preference: Open relevant FP&A leadership experience required . Compensation: Highly competitive not a constraint for the right candidate KEY RESPONSBILITIES FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS . Lead the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans across all business units. . Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for business performance evaluation and project appraisal. . Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. . Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and interpret financial data. . Deliver accurate monthly management reports with actionable insights for leadership. . Support investment evaluations, M&A assessments, and capital allocation decisions. . Continuously enhance financial processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making speed. . Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as needed to support decision-making. . Support business development team in assessing, reviewing of financial feasibility study for new business opportunities and/ or expansion. . Support various businesses in tendering process on financial aspects. SYSTEMS & CONTROLS . Champion a technology-first approach, maximising automation and system-driven controls. . Actively contribute to ERP and workflow system implementations. . Own and oversee finance-related SOPs and change management in systems. . Ensure high standards of data accuracy, reporting quality, and process governance.

CANDIDATE PROFILE . Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance. . Experience: 10+ years in financial planning, analysis, and control; proven track record in a leadership role. . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills. . Proven ability to influence and partner with senior management. . Deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and budgeting processes. . Proficient in ERP systems, reporting tools, and emerging finance technologies. . Strategic thinker with the ability to balance big-picture vision and detail orientation . Ability to think strategically and develop long-term financial plans.
