You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients across industries
  • Pitching Corazor’s services in a consultative, value-first manner
  • Managing inbound leads (from LinkedIn, social media, referrals)
  • Building a pipeline using email, cold outreach, and social selling
  • Closing deals and coordinating with the tech team for delivery kickoff
  • Helping build processes: CRM, pitch decks, outreach templates

  • 💰 Compensation Structure

    This is a fully commission-based role.

    • Earn 5

      –15% commission

      on each project closed (depending on size)
    • Commissions are

      uncapped

      — the more you close, the more you earn
    • No base salary initially — but opportunity to grow into

      Sales Lead

      with fixed pay + team + bonus


    ✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:
    • Have experience selling IT services, SaaS, or B2B tech (preferred, not required)
    • Can confidently speak with founders, CEOs, and marketing heads
    • Are a self-starter who doesn’t need handholding
    • Can write and speak English clearly and persuasively
    • Want to build something from scratch and grow into a leadership role


    🌟 Bonus Points If You:
    • Have a network in startups, businesses, or D2C brands
    • Know how to use tools like Notion, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
    • Can build outreach sequences (cold email, DMs, pitch deck flow)
