Position: AI/ML Engineer Location: Remote / Hybrid (India) Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Start Date: Immediate preferred About the Role Youll work on building robust, privacy-conscious AI pipelines that process behavioral text, emotional audio cues, and short caregiver-submitted video clips to extract insights and power smart recommendations across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities Design and implement machine learning pipelines for: Text sentiment and intent detection (NLP) ️ Audio tone and emotion classification Video-based behavior detection using pose estimation (MediaPipe/TF) Work with FastAPI to expose models as microservices Fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., BERT, Whisper, MediaPipe, YAMNet) Build feedback loops for therapist overrides to improve model accuracy Collaborate with frontend/backend developers to ensure real-time AI integration Maintain model versioning, rollback, and latency-optimized endpoints Document experiments and model decisions with clear metrics Ensure ethical and bias-mitigated implementation of AI features ️ Tech Stack You'll Use Languages: Python (must), TypeScript (bonus) Libraries/Frameworks: scikit-learn, HuggingFace Transformers, TensorFlow, MediaPipe, PyTorch Audio/Video: Whisper, OpenSMILE, YAMNet, ffmpeg, OpenCV NLP: BERT, DistilBERT, Sentence-BERT, spaCy API: FastAPI, Flask Infra: Docker, AWS Lambda/GCP Cloud Run (basic familiarity) Tools: GitHub, Postman, Jupyter, Weights & Biases (optional) Requirements Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent Strong practical experience with ML model training, evaluation, and deployment Experience with real-world AI in NLP, speech/audio, or vision domains Understanding of privacy & compliance implications in healthcare AI (HIPAA/GDPR is a plus) Ability to write clean, testable, and documented Python code Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams Good to Have Experience with emotion detection, ASR, and behavioral AI Prior experience in healthcare, therapy-tech, or ed-tech products Experience using MediaPipe + TensorFlow Lite for mobile AI Experience with active learning or human-in-the-loop systems Reach out at Careers@corazor.com
