Founding Member / Business Co-Founder - Food Brand (Equity Only) 📍 New Delhi NCR, India We are a fast-growing food brand with 4 operational stores, and recently launched our flagship outlet in Delhi NCR. With strong early traction, we’re now gearing up for scale, fundraising, and building a replicable model for the future. We’re looking for a Founding Member / Business Co-Founder who is ready to build with us — someone who combines operational strength, business mindset, and strong fundraising capability. Key Responsibilities: Work directly with the founders on business strategy, growth plans, and execution. Lead fundraising efforts : create pitch decks, manage investor outreach, and drive capital raise. Utilize personal/professional network for partnerships, collaborations, and fundraising connects. Oversee daily operations across Delhi NCR and future locations. Build and manage teams across operations, hiring, marketing, and customer experience. Handle vendor management, supply chain, procurement, and finance monitoring. Drive local marketing, collaborations, and customer acquisition. Who we’re looking for: Passion for food, building businesses, and scaling consumer brands. Exposure to QSR, cloud kitchens, or F&B operations (or strong interest to learn). Prior experience in fundraising & investor relations is highly preferred. Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership & accountability. Based in (or willing to relocate to) Delhi NCR. Compensation: Equity-based role — with significant long-term ownership & upside.
