Role Overview

We seek a driven and personable Business Development Officer (BDO) to lead outreach efforts with medical stakeholders across the Ernakulam district. This hybrid role combines remote work with regular in-person appointments. The ideal candidate is expected to have enthusiasm in the healthcare domain, strong communication skills, and an established professional social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate both virtual and on-site meetings with key decision-makers

Conduct on-site visits to assist with onboarding and relationship building

Maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive follow-ups and support

Represent the company across digital platforms to promote brand visibility and trust

Gather feedback from clients to help shape product development and strategy

Requirements

Location: Even though the role is remote, the nature of this job requires you to reside in Kerala, India

Experience:

• Freshers or Experienced candidates who would like to work with healthcare clients
• Proven background in customer relationship management
• Languages: Fluent in English and Malayalam
• Technology: Comfortable with CRM tools, email, video conferencing, and digital communication
• Social Media: Active and professional presence on LinkedIn or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related fields
• Previous experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare-focused tech solutions
• Familiarity with community engagement or digital outreach is a bonus
